shipping information and general policies

We ship via UPS. All web orders are shipped UPS STANDARD DELIVERY. If you need your items faster, please call us at (888) 284.2247 or (828) 251.9859 and we will process your order via phone.

our guarantee

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not thoroughly satisfied with your purchase, please return it within one week of receipt and we’ll promptly exchange it or refund your purchase price.

exchanges

If you need to make an exchange of one of our regularly priced, non-sale items, just call us and we’ll send your replacement item right away. To exchange by mail, complete the information on the back of your shipping invoice and enclose in the box. Take the box to the post office and affix the proper postage. Your exchange will be processed upon receipt of your package.

Note Regarding Sale Items: All sales are final, no exchanges, no returns on discounted items.
Note Regarding Customized Items: Custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable under normal circumstances.

We order all merchandise to be available when you order from us. However, we may sometimes experience greater than expected demand for an item or an unforeseen delay in shipment to us. Should an item be delayed, you will be immediately advised of the shipping date at the time of your order. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order. We suggest you order early to avoid possible delays.
