We are happy to customize any of our luggage pieces or activity packs for your child. The cost is $15 per bag. We handle all of our monogramming requests in person, via email or phone, and adjust billing accordingly afterwards. Please allow one extra day for delivery per custom order.
Please note that ALL customized orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
what to do:
- Place your order FIRST via phone or online.
- Contact us with your specifications. We’ll need to know the exact spelling of what you’d like monogrammed, the lettering style and color choice. We can add your child’s name OR initials.
- We’ll adjust the amount of your purchase for you here at the shop (you will NOT be billed twice) and ship to you when ready.
